TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Website Use

Website content is provided for general information only and does not constitute a quotation or contract.

2. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may change after the expiry date.

3. Scope of Work

Only the work described in the accepted quotation is included. Additional work requires a written Change Order.

4. Site Access

The Customer shall provide safe site access, water, and electrical power.                                                

5. Property Lines

The Customer is responsible for confirming property boundaries before construction begins.                              

6. Hidden Conditions

Unforeseen underground conditions requiring extra work will be quoted separately.              

7. Permits & Approvals

Municipal permits, engineering, inspections, surveys, approvals, and associated fees are not included unless specifically included in the quotation.

8. Materials

Materials and colours are subject to supplier availability. Equivalent products of equal or better quality may be substituted when necessary.

9. Project Schedule

Project schedules are estimates only and may change due to weather, material availability, site conditions, inspections, or unforeseen circumstances.

11. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing. Costs incurred before cancellation are the Customer's responsibility.

12. Warranty

Workmanship is covered under our Warranty Policy. Manufacturer warranties apply separately.

13. Insurance

FlipFix Reno Inc. maintains Commercial General Liability Insurance and WSIB coverage for every project undertaken.

14. Ownership

All supplied materials remain FlipFix Reno Inc.'s property until full payment has been received completely.

15. Copyright

Website content, images, drawings, logos, and designs may not be copied without written permission.

16. Project Photos

Project photographs may be used for documentation and marketing only with the Customer's prior consent.

17. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy available on our website.                

18. External Links

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of external websites.        

19. Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable Ontario and Canadian laws.

20. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada without exception.    

21. Updates

These Terms may be updated periodically. The latest version is always available on our website.   

10. Payment

Payments are due per the quotation. Late payments may incur interest.
